As we learned in our last lesson, almost all of the miracles of Jesus were done by spoken word decrees. In this message, we focus on two of Jesus’s miracles, where he spoke to the wind and sea and then the tree. Just as He spoke creative miracles into existence, changed the order of things, and healed the sick, we are called to do the same and greater. All too often, we over complicate the process of flowing in the creative miracle power of God. God has always meant it to be simple and easy enough that a child could do it. A simple primary truth that is brought out is we’ve been made in the image of God, have been given authority and power to rule, reign and have dominion on the earth. We also have full use of the name of Jesus. Every name named in heaven, earth, and under the earth has to bow. You’re genuinely sitting in a very good place of victory regardless of circumstances. This is powerful in fighting the good fight of faith, especially when facing issues like the current coronavirus or any other threats against us. Several incredible testimonies are given as examples of the power of our words spoken in faith, or just decreed as a desire of our hearts. The message should bring hope, encouragement, and confidence in the greatness of the God who created us saved us and is watching over us.
