11-12-19 Basis of Great Faith Part 6

Wow, the last in the series on “The Basis of Great Faith.” This message is on “Delegated Authority,” an awesome truth with a very practical application. As good as this message is, and it is one of my favorites in this series, the forerunner to it, which I did last week is one of the absolute best. If you’ve yet to watch it, I highly recommend you put it on your “Must see list.” 11-5-19 Basis of Great Faith Part Five This message highlights the scriptures that clearly show us that Jesus has given us the legal right to His name, and with it, we not only have full authority but power to do what He did and greater. A side note in the teaching is the importance of why we’ve been given this authority and power. Unfortunately many in the body of Christ are anxiously awaiting the rapture of the church and have a mindset of complacency. The scriptures tell us is to occupy until He comes and in the interim to be using His name to heal the sick, cast out devils, and doing the works He did. The revelation of this message is why, in the healing of the centurion’s servant he sent two different groups of people (the elders of the Jews and then friends) with two different messages. The centurion first tells the elders to get Jesus to come and heal his servant, then to told the friends to tell Him not to come but rather speak the word, and his servant would be healed. The mystery question is, why? Why the change of mind/heart? The answer is hidden but revealed in this message. Within the revelation is also the understanding of what appears to be an apparent contradiction in the Bible as Luke says the centurion sent the two groups, and Matthew says the centurion came personally. Of course, we know there are no contradictions in the scriptures, and the understanding of this message will help you to see one of the reasons Jesus marvels at the centurion’s great faith. Secondly, why the two different groups and then most importantly what I call the “The Revelation of Faith,” in why the centurion has such faith in the spoken word. Fully charged, anointed, inspired, and fired up is how I felt in doing this program. As we’re in a season unlike any other and the devil is going to try his best, we have to know that we overwhelming conquer through Jesus. A good portion of the program is a recapping of the four previous messages; however, the inspiration and anointing of the Holy Spirit took the content of the message to a greater depth, focus, long with a greater revelation of the key strategies in fighting the good fight of faith. A new segment on the armor of light will be enlightening in how God’s light will supernaturally protect us from all evil in the days of evil to come. The key principle for us is to meditate on the Word day and night and allowing it to go deep within us so that an abundance of fruit (peace specifically) will help to guard our hearts and minds in challenging times.
