A sparrow was in a cage. It flew out and a cat caught it. I got it out of the cats grasps and the cat caught it again. It was mortally wounded and fell below an iron grate, and perished.
This is what the Lord told me:
Though the sparrow may not hold as much regard as we would think. The sparrow has meaning before God. Before my accident with my broken leg I would pray for 1-1/2 to 2 hours a day. When my leg was broken the Lord had me on a condensed version of 20 minutes a day. I even tested the spirit and tried to pray longer. the Lord told me I was not ready yet. After my pain went away and I had this dream I am back to normal. Our prayers carry a heavier punch than we think. Though the sparrow is not much in significance to us God knows and cares. In the dream the sparrow is the people we may over look but not with God. We need to pray and be the hands lifted up as Moses did when the children of Israel defeated the powers of darkness in the wilderness. The cat represents the evil one, and my inability to protect the sparrow. I was not able to help it, because the lack of power. Praise the Lord!
