This is why holiness and purity are so vital. If we are to carry His glory. Life is not about us. It’s about what we are created to be; to discover our destiny and walk in it. We will only discover it when we allow Father to cleanse us so we can carry His presence; release our gifts in the medium of holiness and purity.
We need to look at ourselves very seriously. Are we fit containers of Gods glory or are we tainted with unforgiveness, judge mentalism, gossip, impurity, idolatry, hatred, jealousy, selfish ambition, envy and the like?
Father is looking for those kingdom children who will allow Him to take them to a level of holiness where he can dwell in His fullness within them and demonstrate His kingdom through them with revelation, signs and wonders with Fathers character so the world will see the Father modeled in us.
We have a choice, the world or our destiny. Which will we choose?
If we will allow Him; he will take us through a wilderness specifically designed to prepare us to be carriers of His glory and presence. How much do we love Fathers presence? How do you spell love? TIME. It is very easy to know what a person loves, by the amount of time they spend pursuing a thing. It is very easy to know what we love the most in our life. What do we spend the most time doing?
Ephesians 4:17-32 17 So I tell you this, and insist on it in the Lord, that you must no longer live as the Gentiles do, in the futility of their thinking. 18They are darkened in their understanding and separated from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them due to the hardening of their hearts. 19Having lost all sensitivity, they have given themselves over to sensuality so as to indulge in every kind of impurity, and they are full of greed.
20That, however, is not the way of life you learned 21when you heard about Christ and were taught in him in accordance with the truth that is in Jesus. 22You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires; 23to be made new in the attitude of your minds; 24and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.
25Therefore each of you must put off falsehood and speak truthfully to your neighbor, for we are all members of one body. 26“In your anger do not sin” Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry, 27and do not give the devil a foothold. 28Anyone who has been stealing must steal no longer, but must work, doing something useful with their own hands, that they may have something to share with those in need.
29Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen. 30And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, with whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. 31Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice. 32Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.
Galatians 5:16-26 16So I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh. 17For the flesh desires what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the flesh. They are in conflict with each other, so that you are not to do whatever you want. 18But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.
19The acts of the flesh are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; 20idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions 21and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God.
22But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law. 24Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. 25Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit. 26Let us not become conceited, provoking and envying each other.
