A Living Cornucopia
I saw a parade coming down Chuck’s and Karen’s street. Then I saw it coming down my road. This was a Fall parade. There were buckboard wagons with bales of straw and scarecrows leading the parade. The people driving the teams of horses were dressed like our pilgrims. Yellow, orange and burgundy Fall flowers were painted on the wagons along with cornucopias and pumpkins. I saw the Lord leading the parade, waving a flag. The flag was brown with a cornucopia painted on it. Yet it was not really painted but alive with abundance flowing out of the flag. As the parade got closer, I could see in the wagons was an abundance beyond measure being delivered to each one of us. The Lord laughed as I was so amazed at how much they were dropping off. He started to speak:
“You asked and so I AM responding to your requests. What you have need of has been laid up for you from the beginning of time. No good thing will I withhold from those who walk uprightly. Father knew what you would have need of. Receive today what you have asked for. I have left nothing you have asked for in heaven’s storehouse. You have been given the key. Use it. Come anytime and take what you desire. The storehouse never runs out. I will replenish it with more. I will create it if necessary. You should not want for anything. It is Father’s good pleasure to give you the Kingdom (Luke 12:32). There is no lack in heaven so you should have no lack. Put your hope in God, who gives you all things to enjoy (1 Tim. 6:17). Every good and perfect gift comes from God above. (James 1:17).
As I saw all this abundance being unloaded, I noticed things I wanted to share with others who were in lack. The Lord continued, “I will make you a distribution center. When you are blessed beyond measure, you have more than enough to meet the needs of those who don’t know Me the way you do. Continue to receive. Continue to give. It will be given back to you, pressed down, shaken together, running over, will men heap into your bosom.”
