Our vision is to see over 100 million souls saved, discipled and serving God

2/13/2019 The Path

I was in basic training in the USAF. I didn’t get assigned a flight yet, and I remember being a sergeant when I was in the military before. A young lady gave me a wet shoelace in a plastic pouch to tie around my neck. I stood before a very strict training instructor; a TI. I did very well.

This is what the Lord told me:

Basic training is designed to build discipline in our life to perform the mission ahead of us. The young lady is a reminder that the church goes through various trials in life for a season to build us up. The shoelace represents what it is normally attached to; a shoe. The shoe is the path God has us on, and the shoelace around my neck represents the burden placed upon us. In this case the shoelace was wet and not dry; The trial I am presently going through is a testing period, and though it is not very pleasant this too will pass. I will win in Jesus Christ, and leap forward in the Kingdom of God. Hebrews 11:29 By faith they passed through the Red Sea as though they were passing through dry land; and the Egyptians, when they attempted it, were drowned.
